Beautiful table, not great customer ‘service’

Well, after several months since ordering this table it finally arrived (though apparently if I’d just ordered it now I could have saved an extra 20%). The table itself is beautiful, though massively heavy, not made from a single slab and has some small white spots on it that don’t seem to come off. The customer service was not particularly friendly, nice or even helpful (all of which I’d certainly hope for at least given the amount the table cost). They never once were even remotely apologetic for delays. They also didn’t mention the table delivery, which cost over $200, is curbside only. So I nearly damaged it just trying to get it inside with my neighbor. Again, the product is beautiful but, sorry to say, given the very frustrating and unpleasant experience receiving it I don’t think I’ll order from this company again.

I love this table it warms up the room. The assembly was quick and easy also. The table is very heavy so keep that in mind. This is my first purchase with B&C and so far so good.
